We begin by turning onto Sharon Street from Veterans Memorial. Once on Sharon, the only thing to look for is the Woody's/Hertz signs. After you are here, you will be greeted by our friendly staff. In the waiting area, we take down all the contact information, listen to any complaints you have about your vehicle, assess any damage exhibited on vehicle, issue a Hertz rental car if need be, or shuttle you wherever you'll need to be for the day. We also have a comfy couch, and areas to handle any work or business you might need to tend to. This accommodates anyone having to wait for repairs very well. Speaking of vehicles, we should go into the shop and see where they'll be staying. The vehicles stay in our gated lot while they are waiting to be repaired. Once we bring them inside, they have their choice of 6 stalls for collision repairs and 2 stalls for mechanical repair. Once a vehicle is repaired they enter the paint/detail area. When your vehicle enters the paint area we do our best to maintain a dust free environment with plenty of amenities. We rigorously prepare your vehicle to enter our state-of-the-art Garmat Downdraft paint booth. Once here, it is painted with our environmentally safe water-based paint. With paint dry or mechanical issues fixed, it is given to our detail man where your vehicle is cleaned inside and out while we notify you to come pick it up. We make it easy. Every vehicle that enters our shop, is treated like it is our own. We make sure that we return your vehicle better than we received it whether it is here for a simple oil change or here for body work. We do our best to give you our best.
